Dear
judge,
This survey is designed
to assess the needs of national judges in the European Union for training on
EU environmental law. Together with you, judges, prosecutors and court staff
from all 28 Member States will answer 5 detailed questions about your
experience of and need for training on EU environmental law. The results will
help define the priorities of a project being implemented by ERA (Academy of
European Law) on behalf of the European Commission over the next four years. We would be
grateful if you would complete the questionnaire linked here and send it back
by clicking the button. The survey should take no longer than 7 minutes to
complete. The answers will
of course be treated anonymously. There is a possibility for you to interrupt
your work in the middle, to save your answers and to continue from the same
question later. Your responses will be kept anonymous, though you can also
contact us directly at the end if you wish. The deadline for submitting
responses to the questionnaire is 31.07.2013. Thank you very
